Logistics Supervisor

Join us!What we're seeking:You'll lead a high-volume warehouse operation supporting statewide distribution. This role oversees 20-23 union employees and a 100,000 sq. ft. facility with $20M+ in inventory. You're responsible for keeping operations running efficiently, safely, and accurately-while developing your team and driving performance. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Wallingford, CT location to complete your work responsibilities.What you'll do:Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, pick/pack/ship, distribution)Manage, coach, and develop 20-23 union employeesOwn hiring, training, and performance managementDrive productivity, efficiency, and cost controlMaintain 99.5%+ outbound shipment accuracyEnsure inventory accuracy through weekly spot checks and bi-annual full inventoriesManage inventory planning, forecasting, and material flowInvestigate discrepancies and resolve inventory or distribution issuesEnsure all inbound/outbound and inventory control metrics are met or exceededMaintain a clean, organized, tour-ready facilityMonitor yard activity and warehouse flowImplement process improvements and standard operating proceduresEnforce safe work practices and lead monthly safety meetingsPartner with internal teams through meetings and ongoing communicationProactively address operational and customer service needsWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
