This role will also attend menu classes to stay informed of current menu offerings and is responsible for setting the station with the necessary sauces/condiments, folded napkins, and well-stocked supplies to ensure seamless operations throughout the night. A crucial part of this role is to break down the station, store items in their designated locations, maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards of presentation, accuracy, and cleanliness for guest satisfaction.Maintains a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service to guests. Attends daily menu classes to stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and any updates or changes. Sets up the station with appropriate sauces/condiments, folds napkins for plate liners, prepares butter, and ensures the station remains fully stocked throughout the shift. Breaks down the station at the end of the shift, properly storing items in their designated locations. Ensures accurate and prompt food delivery by running all food orders to the correct tables. Reports gratuities received following company guidelines and in compliance with federal regulations. Assist with hosting and dining room attendant responsibilities as needed, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
