Sr. Cloud EngineerLocation: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite/week in Irving, TX)Duration: ContractStrongly Desired Requirements, which are for an advanced, seasoned professional:Fluent in business and technical English, reading, writing and speak, at Bachelor degree level.AWS Certified Associate or higher Level: Solutions Architect, DevOps or DeveloperHands On experience in CloudWatch dashboards, alarms, Amazon Connect (not Direct Connect), Lamba, Lex V1 and V2, DynamoDBAble to write code in Python and build Lambdas and Step Functions on AWS. Someone with Springboot and Containerized Applications Development is definitely a big plus.Experience with Terraform and actual Hands On Experience.Eager to learn, asks questions, takes initiatives, is willing to speak up when observing issuesVery comfortable with Jira (has written and maintained stories for ones own work)Experience on Agile teams, working in Scrum and Kanban frameworksHas testing experience in Amazon Connect, experienced in test plan writing, executing, reportingNice to HaveHigh Preference for someone who has experience working on NICE Engage Call Recording and Workforce Management platforms; and/or Pindrop Fraud Monitoring and AlertingIdeal: Speaks, reads and writes Spanish (24HB IVR), Korean (RPS) or Japanese (Union Bank) at an advanced levelIs or will be Certified in Cyara on their own time; able to create and run test cases in Velocity and Cruncher Campaigns.
