Client Services & Systems Analyst

OverviewWe’re partnering with our client, a healthcare organization based in Chicago, that works with a range of partners to support the coordination and execution of complex, multi-party initiatives focused on improving access, efficiency, and overall delivery outcomes.They are seeking a Client Services & Systems Analyst to join their growing team. This role supports day-to-day client deliverables, helps maintain accuracy across internal systems, and ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.This is a detail-oriented position best suited for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving through operational challenges, and keeping multiple moving parts organized in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in setting up and maintaining client-facing workflows within internal systemsPartner with internal teams to ensure timely execution of ongoing deliverablesMonitor activity and flag discrepancies, issues, or areas requiring attentionManage escalated inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners through resolutionPrepare recurring reporting summaries on a weekly and monthly basisSupport communication with external partners and track incoming requests through completionCoordinate updates across external networks, including onboarding, offboarding, and status trackingMaintain and refine internal documentation and support SOP improvementsHelp ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting outputsContribute to process enhancements and assist with ad hoc initiatives as neededQualifications1–3 years of experience in client services, coordination, operations, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree requiredStrong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy and qualityAbility to independently troubleshoot and resolve issuesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsComfort working in Excel and/or CRM or reporting systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholdersProactive, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentWhat This Role OffersExposure to complex, multi-stakeholder workflows in a highly collaborative environmentOpportunity to work closely with internal teams and external partnersHigh-visibility role where execution and accuracy directly impact outcomesStrong foundation for long-term growth in client services, coordination, or operations-focused rolesThe Equus Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
