Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the Seasonal Assistant General Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold the highest standards in guest service, team performance, and operational execution. Responsibilities include:Supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest satisfactionLeading, scheduling, training, and developing hourly team membersEnsuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared to meet business demandsCoaching team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectationsEnforcing company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitalityAssisting with inventory control, cost management, and operational reportingHelping implement new systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experienceWorking collaboratively with leadership to meet or exceed financial and operational goalsWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should be a proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a seasonal environment, enjoys building team culture, and brings a strong understanding of food & beverage operations.
