Seasonal Restaurant Assistant General Manager Casual Dining | Seafood Concept | SeasonalLocation:Oak Bluffs, MASeason Dates: April 1, 2026 - October 2026Weekly Salary:$1,200-$1,400 (based on experience) Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven, guest-focused Seasonal Assistant General Manager to join our team for the 2026 season. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most vibrant seasonal destinations in New England and be part of a high-performing restaurant group known for outstanding hospitality.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational instincts, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to guide and develop a high-energy team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the Seasonal Assistant General Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold the highest standards in guest service, team performance, and operational execution. Responsibilities include:Supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest satisfactionLeading, scheduling, training, and developing hourly team membersEnsuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared to meet business demandsCoaching team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectationsEnforcing company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitalityAssisting with inventory control, cost management, and operational reportingHelping implement new systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experienceWorking collaboratively with leadership to meet or exceed financial and operational goalsWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should be a proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a seasonal environment, enjoys building team culture, and brings a strong understanding of food & beverage operations.
