We’re building something special, and we want you to be part of it.Job SummaryWe’re seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our in-house engineering team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing production-grade web applications that power our internal tools and client-facing platforms. You’ll own features from concept to deployment, solve real-world problems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, high-trust entrepreneurial environment.Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a pragmatic, proactive builder with a strong foundation in web development fundamentals. You have 3+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade web apps end-to-end, along with a passion for clean code, efficient workflows, and collaborative problem-solving. You’re comfortable working independently, unblocking yourself when needed, and communicating clearly in a team setting. You’re fluent in Git workflows, at ease in a Linux terminal, and understand modern web app architecture. You’re adept with LLMs and coding agents and know the importance of deliberate prompting and judging their output. While you don’t need to know our exact stack—we’ll teach you—you should be excited to learn and contribute from day one. If you thrive in a high-energy startup atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, including server-side logic, database interactions, and frontend integrations.Build, integrate, and maintain LLM-powered features and agents across our internal tools and client-facing platforms.Own features from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability standards.Write clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.Optimize SQL queries, manage database migrations, and implement RESTful APIs.Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS services like EC2/ECS, RDS, S3, and IAM.Troubleshoot production issues, implement performance enhancements (e.g., caching and task queues), and ensure robust testing and CI/CD practices.Skills and QualificationsEssential3+ years building production web apps end-to-end (shipping to prod, owning features).Experience with a server-side MVC framework (e.g., Django, Rails, ASP.NET MVC, Laravel).Proficient with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews); comfortable giving/receiving feedback.Comfortable with Docker and local dev environments using Compose or equivalent.Skilled with LLMs and agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Codex (prompt engineering, output validation, cost and token management).Nice-to-HavesPython and Django experience (we can teach the right person).Local/offline model hosting (e.g., Ollama, llama.cpp, vLLM, LM Studio).HTMX or similar hypermedia-driven frontend approaches.Performance tuning (caching with Redis, task queues like django-q2 or Celery).AWS tools like CloudWatch and CloudTrail.Observability practices (structured logging, metrics, tracing).Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, OpenTofu).Security awareness (OWASP basics, authn/z, secrets management).Why Join UsAt B1 Marketing, you’ll be part of a supportive, vibrant team driving real impact in the client placement industry.
