JBay, LLC strives to provide extraordinary hospitality for members of its beach clubs in Breezy Point, NY and are looking for variable (seasonal) associates to join our talented teams for the upcoming 2025 Summer Season. This is a seasonal position and the anticipated first day of work is in May 2026 and the last day is estimated to be in September 2026. DriverResponsibilitiesTransport guests and associates between the company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient mannerProvide the highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessaryBe knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests regarding schedules and servicesStrictly follow the company’s lost and found programEnsure vehicle is clean, fueled and in safe operating condition, noting any issues to manager promptlyPerform pre and post shift vehicle inspections using company inspection forms and vehicle logsFollow all health, safety standards, security guidelines, policies, and initiativesAll other duties as may be assignedRequirementsSuperior customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a team playerMust be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shiftsStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with many personality types.Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and company’s driver agreement policyPossess a clean driving record on an MVR background checkPass a pre-employment drug screenMust be 18 years of ageEducation & ExperienceEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Six (6) months in a hotel / resort setting preferredResort / National Park Concession Experience PreferredHourly rate of pay $18.00Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
