Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) Nights

Job TitleResponsible for setting up and operating various types of respiratory care equipment and using additional competencies to assist physicians with advanced procedures related to the diagnosis or treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases. Ensures the continuity of patient care delivery within an assigned area by providing direct personal care, rehabilitative measures, and supportive services.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy programLicensure, Registration, Certification:BLSCertified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)Registered (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)Licensed by the Alabama State Board of Respiratory TherapyACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certification within 6 months of placement in position will be required in designated areas as determined by administrationDesired Qualifications:Associate degree or bachelor's degree in respiratory science
