This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where you’ll manage shipments, resolve issues, and collaborate across teams to keep operations running smoothly.You’ll work closely with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams, using tools like a Transportation Management System (TMS) and email platforms to manage high-volume activity and real-time problem solving.This position follows a hybrid schedule based in Exton, PA (3 days in office, 2 days remote).What You’ll DoManage the day-to-day execution of shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS)Ensure all loads are planned, executed, and delivered on timeMonitor shipments and proactively resolve issues such as delays, errors, or carrier challengesCommunicate with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issuesManage a high volume of emails and system updates while prioritizing urgent requestsTroubleshoot LTL and Truckload shipment issues and escalate when neededSupport continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutionsMaintain accurate shipment, rate, and operational data within systemsAssist with resolving billing or invoice discrepanciesBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chainAbility to manage multiple tasks across systems (email, TMS, etc.)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspacePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field2+ years of experience in logistics, brokerage, or 3PL operationsExperience managing LTL and Truckload shipmentsExperience using a Transportation Management System (TMS)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressureAdvanced proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsBenefits & Compensation For U.S. EmployeesEmployees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.
