This role involves partnering with senior leadership to define analytical frameworks and uncovering insights to guide decision-making. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, turning data into strategic assets and influencing across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Facilitate discovery and define requirements for complex, cross-functional projects.Partner with senior leaders to set KPIs, success metrics, and analytical frameworks.Conduct advanced data analyses on large datasets to drive strategic decisions.Develop and manage executive-level reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations.Translate business queries into analytical, functional, and technical specifications. Must-Have Skills:Expert-level proficiency in SQL.Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience in Python or R for data analysis.
