The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of residential properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, lease administration, property inspections, and maintenance oversight. The role also includes financial management tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and ensuring regulatory compliance in conjunction with local housing authorities. The Property Manager will work closely with residents, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high occupancy, ensure resident satisfaction, and foster community engagement.QualificationsExperience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration.Proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and financial management, with attention to detail.Strong knowledge of property maintenance, repair protocols, and preventative maintenance processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with residents, vendors, and team members.Familiarity with housing regulations, compliance requirements, and affordable housing programs (e.g., LIHTC, Section 8).Proven organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work on-site and manage a diverse property portfolio, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and community enhancement.Compensation: $64,000 annually + $1,000 Sign on Bonus
