W2 ONLYJob Description:We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead and manage our DevOps team, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation, scalability, and reliability across cloud infrastructure and application deployments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and manage daily operations.Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.Manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform.Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.Implement monitoring/logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.Ensure security, compliance, and system reliability (DevSecOps practices).Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.Required Skills:8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering.2+ years of team leadership/management experience.Strong experience with Linux, Shell/Python scripting.Expertise in CI/CD, IaC, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker.Experience with monitoring, incident management, and system performance optimization.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Cloud certifications (**Amazon Web Services Certified, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
