Join a company where your energy and attitude will be valued—and rewarded.Our client is hiring for an EOR/AOR Sales Executive to drive new business and close large, complex enterprise deals.What You Will DoProspect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000 focus)Manage long, consultative sales cycles (9–15 months; $3–10M per deal)Collaborate closely with sales engineering, implementation, and account management teamsNavigate complex buying committees and build relationships at the C-suite levelMaintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRMMeet/exceed annual sales targets (long-term goal: $10M/year in billings)Bring positivity, resilience, and new energy to an experienced sales teamRepresent the company at industry events and conferencesWhat We’re Looking For6–7+ years of enterprise sales experience in MSP, VMS, staffing, EOR, or AORProven hunter mentality and track record of closing large, complex dealsHigh energy, positive attitude, and self-assured presenceExcellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsCoachable, open to feedback, and adaptable to a hands-on onboarding processAbility to navigate long deal cycles and complex enterprise sales environmentsStrong communication and presentation skillsPreference for stable work history; open to some movement with contextRequired SkillsEnterprise sales (staffing/MSP/VMS/EOR/AOR)Complex deal navigation and closingCRM proficiencyConsultative sellingRequired education, training, experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.Minimum 6–7 years in relevant enterprise salesWhat You Get$150K+ base salary3-year commission tail (5%/4%/3% of gross profit)Strong benefits packageThe opportunity to join a lean, PE-backed company in a high-growth, high-impact roleClose mentorship and exposure to all internal teamsThe chance to make your mark in a busy, competitive marketJob Number 7949
