Early Careers Recruitment Lead (Remote)Compensation: Up to $45/hourLocation: New York, White PlainsDuration: Ongoing, full-time (40 hours/week)Industry: Financial ServicesWe are partnering with a leading global, financial services organization seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Lead to take ownership of early talent programs across the U.S. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of internship, co-op, and graduate hiring initiatives while acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and university partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building and running programs, not just coordinating them.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of Early Careers hiring programs (internships, co-ops, graduate roles)Lead planning and execution of campus recruitment strategies and hiring timelinesManage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and HR partners across business unitsOversee interview scheduling, candidate experience, and onboarding logisticsCoordinate and represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, and outreach initiativesBuild and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and student organizationsTrack hiring metrics, program performance, and provide reporting to leadershipEnsure ATS data accuracy and manage pipeline activity across programsWhat We're Looking For4+ years of experience in early careers, campus recruiting, or recruitment program managementProven experience owning or leading early talent initiatives end-to-endStrong stakeholder management and organizational skillsExperience within professional or financial services is preferredSelf-starter with strong project management skills
