Family Owned- 20 years in business operating in Texas & LouisianaBottom Line Equipment, LLC is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable heavy equipment Shop Technician to work in a fast paced, structured environment. This individual will utilize their advanced skills and established resources to consistently diagnose and repair heavy equipment at our shop. Opportunities for growth and advancement available with the completion of company sponsored manufacturer training.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on heavy equipment and specialized attachmentsMaintain a clean, safe and organized work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelinesPerform general maintenance of shop tools, equipment, and specialized attachmentsTransfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of a shop forkliftLoad/unload trucks picking up or delivering suppliesGeneral assembly work that may require operating automated machinery and various power/hand toolsInspect all parts and equipment in order to properly report defective material or questionable component conditions to managementResponsible for ensuring the cosmetic appearance meets company requirements upon completion of repair(s) to heavy equipment and specialized attachmentsEnsure all parts and materials not used or returned to parts inventory as per company guidelinesMaintain complete and detailed working records for time, parts, supplies and outside purchase for repairsPerform diagnostic inspections and annual certifications as directedAssist Shop Foreman with special projects and cover for multiple positions when staffing levels are low/production or operating demands are acceleratedMay be required to weld, cut, paint, and/or grind various raw building materialsObserve and follow all company safety rules and policiesEducation & Experience:5+ years of experience required.
