Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules. Train and mentor production team members, fostering skill development and a positive work environment. Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent accidents. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to direct reports. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs. Recommended Qualifications3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of production employees. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.
