Systems Engineer Mid-Level (General)

Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with 14+ years of expertise and a technical Bachelor’s degree to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. Responsibilities Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures to develop detailed specifications. Lead system design and development activities, ensuring alignment with requirements. Provide guidance on requirements of formulation, alternative solutions, and feasibility studies. Develop system architecture, design documentation, and technical plans. Oversee integration and implementation planning, including system engineering management and test plans. Serve as a technical liaison, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with program objectives. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all phases of development. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program personnel, government representatives, and senior leadership.
