Our high-tech tanker offloading systems are used to begin the first step in our juice production process by filling silos of concentrate that is delivered from tanker trucks. Work independently and a part of a team in a fast-paced, automatous environment Perform basic mathematical calculations Measure, dispense and blend liquid and dry ingredients Quality test and make any alterations to meet standards of brix, acidity and taste Disassemble, sanitize and reassemble process equipment Control product waste and raw materials to ensure a minimum loss Ensure materials, documentation and equipment areas are maintained to standards of hygiene and specifications for unannounced audits Requirements: Manufacturing experience in batching or mixing fluids like soda, juice, paint, chemicals Experience working with pasteurizer and production equipment including tanks and Cleaned In Place (CIP) Systems Forklift experience and ability to lift 50 pounds
