Assist guests with ordering food and beverages at the bar or cocktail table. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Greet all guests as they enter the bar areaTake orders and properly ring in sales using a POS station and/or handheld POS deviceKnow the full restaurant and bar menu, make thoughtful menu suggestionsKnowledgeable of upcoming movies, advanced ticket sales and all promotionsCheck back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their order and serviceDeliver food and drinks to tables, bus tablesFollow all food and alcohol safety guidelinesMaintaining a clean, safe and clutter free environmentClean glasses, utensils and bar equipmentMaintaining cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stationsComplete all opening, closing and side-work dutiesOther miscellaneous duties as assigned by managementSkills + Abilities included but are not limited to:Strong verbal communication skillsHigh guest satisfaction expectations and focusAble to take direction and work together as a teamWork calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressureHospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focusedEducation + Experience + Requirements:HS Diploma or GED certificate preferredMust be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NCFood Handler and state alcohol certificate requiredPrevious high volume bartending experience preferredAvailability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak timesPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesCast Member Benefits:Competitive Pay and GrowthCast Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!Elevate Entertainment Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
