This person should understand how to work with hiring managers, suppliers, and project leadership while keeping recruiting activity, contractor tracking, and workforce reporting organized and visible.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to support workforce planning, hiring coordination, onboarding, reporting, and contractor tracking for a large-scale industrial project environment. This role is best suited for someone who has supported project-based hiring, worked closely with hiring managers, coordinated with staffing suppliers, and helped keep workforce activity organized across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable gathering role requirements, helping develop job descriptions, managing candidate and supplier activity, tracking contractor status, and preparing regular updates for project leadership. This is not a traditional HR generalist role. The focus is talent acquisition, workforce coordination, supplier communication, reporting, and project staffing visibility.Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate recruiting and talent acquisition activity across multiple project teams.Partner with project leaders, function leads, and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming workforce needs.Gather role requirements and help develop clear, accurate job descriptions.Coordinate with staffing suppliers, agencies, and recruiting partners to support timely hiring activity.Track open roles, candidate activity, hiring progress, contractor status, renewal timing, and upcoming workforce needs.Support interview coordination, candidate flow, offer activity, approvals, and onboarding steps.Maintain hiring trackers, workforce reports, and regular updates for leadership.Prepare monthly updates and communicate progress, risks, priorities, and staffing gaps.Keep project organization charts and key role descriptions current.Support workforce planning across multiple project phases.Identify talent gaps, capability risks, and potential continuity concerns.Recognize when an issue may need HR involvement and route it to the appropriate internal resource.Help ensure hiring activity is aligned with project priorities, budget expectations, and internal processes.Qualifications:5+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or workforce planning experience.Experience supporting project-based hiring in construction, industrial, engineering, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar environments.Experience working with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.Experience coordinating staffing suppliers, agencies, or external recruiting partners.Strong ability to track multiple openings, candidates, contractors, start dates, and renewal timelines.Experience preparing hiring reports, workforce updates, dashboards, or leadership-facing summaries.Ability to understand and work from project organization charts.Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.Comfortable communicating with multiple levels of leadership.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
