If you have 2+ years of experience in telecom, phone sales, wireless, internet, or a similar fast-paced sales environment, and you’re ready to step into a leadership role with serious earning potential, this opportunity was built for you. We’re growing quickly in the Wichita Falls market and need a hands-on Team Lead / Senior Field Rep who leads from the front, sets the standard, and builds a culture of accountability, confidence, and performance. What You’ll Do Lead from the front by actively selling in the field while mentoring and motivating your team Recruit, onboard, and train new outside sales reps for long-term success Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations and keep your team locked in Conduct ride-alongs, skill-building sessions, and performance check-ins Develop and execute sales strategies to dominate local territories Track KPIs, analyze results, and provide clear, actionable coaching Partner closely with leadership to improve training, systems, and processes Represent the company with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy in the community What We’re Looking For 2+ years of proven sales experience in telecom, phone sales, wireless, internet, D2D, or similar industries Previous leadership, team lead, or mentorship experience strongly preferred A natural motivator who knows how to coach, push, and inspire others Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills Competitive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable working independently while driving team-wide results Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field daily Why Join SettledIn Concierge Services?
