Technical Lead Full StackLocation: Plano, TexasWe are seeking a Technical Lead Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Angular, Nodejs, and NET Core. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, ownership of architecture and code quality, and close collaboration with business and customer stakeholders.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and architecture discussionsOwn technical decisions, estimations, task breakdown, and sprint planningDesign and develop Angular-based frontend applicationsArchitect and implement backend services and microservices using Nodejs and NET APIsDefine and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practicesPerform code and functional reviews to ensure high-quality deliverablesMentor and guide development teams, act as a technical escalation pointSupport QA, UAT, production issues, and root cause analysisLead new plant rollouts, deployments, and post go-live supportDeliver technical demos and presentations to customers and stakeholdersTechnical Leadership Expectations:Strong expertise in object-oriented design principles and microservices architectureHands-on experience with Angular, Nodejs, and NET enterprise applicationsKnowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT, TCP/IP protocolsExperience with token-based and certificate-based authenticationStrong understanding of SQL database designExperience with CI/CD automated testing and Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbility to quickly adopt new technologies and lead teams effectivelyExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skillsMandatory Skills: Angular
