Job Description Job Opportunity: Interventional RadiologistOur organization is currently looking for a full-time Interventional Radiologist to join our team at Queens Hospital Center (QHC) in Jamaica, New York. We are in search of a dynamic, motivated, and skilled individual to enhance our department.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide coverage for both Interventional Radiology (50%) and Diagnostic Radiology (50%) at Queens Hospital Center.Participate in a high-volume environment, performing approximately 130,000 studies annually.Utilize advanced imaging technology, including two 128-slice CT scanners, a PET/CT scanner, a 1.5 Tesla MRI, ultrasound, diagnostic x-rays, fluoroscopy suites, and nuclear medicine.Collaborate with another Interventional Radiologist to deliver a range of services, including venous access, non-vascular procedures, biopsies, and various visceral and pulmonary interventions.Work alongside a dedicated team consisting of three nurses, one technologist, and a full-time Physician Assistant.About the FacilityQueens Hospital Center is an acute care facility that is part of the largest municipal healthcare system in the United States.
