Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, and GAAP complianceManage billing, taxes, audits, and internal controlsHandle accounting for international inventory imports (duties, tariffs, landed costs)Partner with operations and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate data flow (Shopify/NetSuite)Lead and mentor the accounting teamRequirements7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership roleStrong experience with NetSuite (5+ years) and Shopify (2+ years)Background in e-commerce/retail with international inventory importsSolid knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and financial controlsBachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)Competitive compensation and a collaborative work environment.
