Mowing Crew Leader

**Description****The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.****Job Summary**+ The Mowing Crew Lead/Equipment Operator, Lead provides leadership in maintaining the grounds of golf courses by performing some or all of the following duties.**Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Mow turf areas using various-sized power mowers+ Operate a towed-behind gas-powered blower+ Pick up leaves, trash, and cut grass and place onto a truck or trailer**Education and Experience:**+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus+ Ability to report for daily work at different job sites within the region to perform required tasks**Physical Demands/Requirements:**+ Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds+ Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night+ Repetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping, sitting**Work Environment:**+ Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic+ Work near or about natural bodies of water+ Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit+ Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods**_BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer._****_This job description is subject to change at any time._****Compensation Pay Range:**$20+/hour depending on experience**_BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
