Confidential Managing Director Opportunity – FP&A AdvisoryI’m partnering with a fast-growing financial consulting firm that is continuing to scale its FP&A Advisory / Office of the CFO practice in New York.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced FP&A, strategic finance or finance transformation advisory leader who can combine client development, executive advisory and hands-on delivery leadership.The role will focus on advising CFOs, finance leaders, private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership teams across:FP&A transformationBudgeting, forecasting and planningManagement reporting and KPI developmentStrategic finance and scenario modellingLiquidity and cash forecastingFinance transformation and performance improvementTransaction-related finance support across M&A, divestitures, refinancing and exit readinessThe ideal profile will bring 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally from a consulting, professional services or advisory environment, with a proven ability to build senior client relationships and generate new business.Exposure to private equity-backed businesses, Office of the CFO advisory, value creation, finance technology and planning tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Planful, Hyperion, Power BI or Tableau would be highly relevant.This would suit a commercially minded Director, Managing Director, Partner or senior FP&A advisory leader looking to join a high-growth platform with strong momentum, senior visibility and the opportunity to help build a practice.Location: New York / Greater NYC Model: Hybrid Level: Managing Director / Partner-track Practice: FP&A Advisory / Office of the CFOFor a confidential conversation, please feel free to reach out directly.
