What You'll DoFollow all quality control and safety procedures to ensure top-tier productsMaintain and update inventory and production recordsPerform physical counts of raw materials and match them to work ordersAssemble products using tools and equipment according to specificationsTest completed products to ensure functionality and quality standardsProcess raw materials for shop orders using appropriate toolsPerform soldering on circuit boards, sensors, and wiringOperate and use test equipment for validation proceduresSupport additional tasks as assigned by your supervisorWhat You'll BringAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentExcellent multitasking and time management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsRequirements Physical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsLift up to 60 lbs as neededComfortable using tools and equipment such as:Hand tools, wire strippers/cutters Multimeters and fluke meters Drills, crimping and potting machines Soldering iron and heat gun Presses and packaging equipmentEducation No formal education required.
