The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end RFP process, providing thought leadership, and ensuring the alignment of strategies with the company's goals.Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' related experience, with a preference for those with 8-10 years in absence management, productivity consulting, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, strong expertise in absence and productivity solutions, and experience in managing RFP processes.
