This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategies for absence and productivity solutions, and leading the response to RFPs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions to clients, ensuring the company's position as a market leader in this space. Key responsibilities include business development, maintaining client relationships, and monitoring market trends. The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end RFP process, providing thought leadership, and ensuring the alignment of strategies with the company's goals.Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' related experience, with a preference for those with 8-10 years in absence management, productivity consulting, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, strong expertise in absence and productivity solutions, and experience in managing RFP processes. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
