Manufacturing Technician

Our products are sold in retail stores and online, via online pharmacies, and via automated package carriers. *Job Description:* The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of equipment for mass production of packaging materials. This position will be responsible for training and assisting with the operation of new equipment. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for following all company safety rules, procedures, and standards as well as following ISO 9001 regulations. *Responsibilities:* ·Installation, maintenance and operation of equipment for mass production of packaging materials. This position will be responsible for training and assisting with the operation of new equipment. ·Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and standards as well as following ISO 9001 regulations. ·Assist with new equipment installation and follow all training required by new equipment operators. ·Ensure quality of goods produced by checking product against specifications and quality standards repectively assigned by Production Manager or Supervisor. ·Assist with any other tasks assigned by Production Manager or Supervisor. ·Follow instructions of Lead Technician to ensure proper operation of machinery/equipment and complete assigned tasks accurately and timely as required by Plant Manager or Supervisor. ·Work in a safe manner at all times according to company safety policy according to OSHA requirements. ·Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager or Supervisor. *Qualifications:* ·High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role preferred (e.g., manufacturing technician, plant mechanic or supervisor). Bachelor’s degree preferred.'
