With a strong emphasis on culture, work-life balance, and employee satisfaction, this position is ideal for a professional looking to grow their career in a supportive and stable environment.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)Incentives: Annual discretionary bonus and commissions on new businessBenefits: Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.Work Arrangement: Hybrid scheduleResponsibilitiesProvide full-service account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractorsManage accounts ranging from $50,000 to $400,000 in size, with an average book of $5 millionHandle all aspects of servicing accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (80% new, 20% renewal)Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retentionMaintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needsQualifications/RequirementsLicensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatoryExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency settingTechnical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferredIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractorsWork Ethic: Ability to manage accounts independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
