As an Estimator, you'll create accurate cost estimates, manage project budgets, and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.Responsibilities:Produce detailed construction budgets and quantity takeoffsAnalyze unit costs, labor, and materialsInterpret plans, specifications, and contractsPrepare job budgets, project bid reviews, and buyoutsReview cost vs. budget, construction productivity, and VE processDevelop and maintain client relationships, field contacts, and subcontractor networksCollaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownersQualifications:4-year degree or technical school (preferred)Min. 5 years of commercial construction experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with CMGC delivery, conceptual estimating, and design-buildFamiliarity with Smart Bid, Plan Swift, On-Screen Takeoff Software, and Oasis (preferred) A few extra perks:Steady, year-round employmentOpportunities for growth and professional developmentOutstanding employee cultureCollaborative and dynamic work environmentSpecial Requirements: Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.
