This role is responsible for leading projects from initial concept through engineering, procurement, construction, and final startup. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients to define project scope, develop proposals, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure successful project execution.This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to review project requirements and determine the overall scope of work.Develop project deliverables and coordinate with internal teams to prepare estimates and proposals.Manage and administer projects from conceptual design through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate engineering activities across all required disciplines.Direct and coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with client objectives.Supervise and support project team members to ensure successful completion of project goals.Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining organization and schedule accuracy.Review and approve client invoices and oversee project estimates, schedules, and reporting.Maintain accurate project records and documentation within internal systems.Prepare and manage project transmittals and documentation for project delivery.Conduct internal and external meetings as required throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and address any project changes or challenges.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).5–8 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or related engineering roles.Experience managing projects from concept through completion.Strong ability to manage projects with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Aspen Technical StaffingCELEBRATING 25 YEARS~2001-2026~We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
