Hoursof practice areMonday - Friday 7am - 6pm; some flexibility required for extended hours Office locationis at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN Weekly Patient Contact:36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts) Daily encountergoals of22-26 patientsdepending on visit lengths.
