Licensed Practical Nurse

New Phase Research is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Clinical Research Coordinator position. As a study coordinator, you play a direct role in advancing medical knowledge, treatments, and patient care. Your work supports important clinical trials that can lead to new drugs, devices, and therapies. There is a learning curve in the clinical research industry.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and implement clinical research studies in accordance with protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirementsPerform clinical procedures including vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection and processing, and medication administration as permitted by scope of practiceScreen, recruit, and enroll study participants; obtain informed consent under the direction of the Principal InvestigatorEducate participants on study procedures, expectations, and follow-up requirementsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in source documents and electronic data capture systemsMonitor participants for adverse events and report findings appropriatelySchedule and conduct study visits, ensuring protocol adherenceCommunicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, and study team membersQualifications:Active LPN licenseStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in electronic medical records and data entry systemsAble to work in fast-paced environmentsWork Environment:Clinical research site settingMay require standing for extended periods and performing patient care tasksPay: $24-$29Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401k planGreat Work EnvironmentSchedule:Day Shift, 8am-4:30pmMonday- Friday
