Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Serv is partnering with a high-performing entrepreneur and real estate advisor in New York City to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant.This is an opportunity to work alongside a founder who is building a modern, content-driven advisory business, with a strong focus on education, impact and helping people.The Executive Assistant will act as a true extension of the CEO, bringing structure, clarity, and proactive support to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by working closely with a founder and wants to help build something meaningful.Note: A real estate license required (support for obtaining license upon commencement of employment if not already licensed)The RoleAs the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the CEO and serving his clients, proactively managing communications, calendar, and project management.
