With us you will direct and lead residential sales and operations strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team's performance. We offer$130,000 – 150,000/year Base Salary Annual bonus opportunityCompany vehicle and gas cardCompany provided cell phone and tabletComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision & life insurance$5 a week medical plan option 401(k) plan with company match13 days paid time off and 8 paid holidaysQuality, comprehensive training programsDiscount Programs with our partnered accounts (Childcare, personal cell phone, etc.) Opportunity to give back to your community through partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Tim Tebow Foundation, ARS Cares Program, and More!Responsibilities: Supervise and delegate employees, which includes assisting in hiring, training, scheduling of employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling and evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operationsCoach and motivate team to work at their maximum productivity; coaches, trains and develops Technicians and Sales Representatives to increase work and sales skillsProvide technical support to the field via radio, telephone, and job sitesReview and audits paperwork daily; ensures that all equipment is in proper operating condition, to include maintaining high quality appearance of vehicles and equipmentProvide training and support for the HVAC Technicians and Sales RepresentativesResolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfactionAssist the general manager with data collection and report preparationReview payroll records to ensure employees are paid properlyQualifications: What do you needHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) Proven success leading a team to achieve branch/corporate objectivesProven track record and prior service management and sales experience Experience managing multiple lines HVAC experience/knowledge a plusStrong computer and mathematical skills requiredExcellent negotiation, communication and presentation skillsUnderstanding of a P&L statement and budgetingAbility to understand the effects of economic, financial and market conditions on the businessAble to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to a changing environmentAbility to think both strategically and execute against day-to-day objectivesAbility to pass background check, MVR check and drug screenIf you are interested in joining our team, please apply today!This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
