Senior Network Engineer

Primary Responsibilities Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise data and voice network infrastructure. Perform advanced troubleshooting, technical analysis, and problem resolution for network-related issues. Monitor network performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security of critical systems. Configure, manage, and support network devices, technologies, and connectivity solutions. Support network security initiatives, including access controls, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation. Analyze network issues and provide root cause analysis with effective solutions. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support business operations. Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and improvement initiatives. Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Provide after-hours support as needed for critical incidents and maintenance activities. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Systems Engineer. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, protocols, and architectures. Hands-on experience with: Routing and switching LAN/WAN technologies Network troubleshooting Network security concepts Voice network technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience supporting business-critical network environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise network security solutions. Experience managing complex multi-site network environments. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent. Experience supporting onsite infrastructure and distributed locations.
