Job Description Position OverviewOur organization is on the lookout for a Clinic Medical Director to lead the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency Program. This role involves overseeing all facets of outpatient care services, focusing on both quality enhancement and financial performance at the Family Medicine residency clinic. Additionally, the Medical Director will play a vital role in educating family medicine resident physicians and contributing to curriculum development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor clinical performance, ensuring high standards of care.Collaborate closely with the clinic manager to maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and licensing bodies.Develop, review, and implement clinic protocols and performance objectives.Establish productivity and compliance benchmarks, as well as workflow planning.Position DetailsThis is primarily an outpatient role; however, opportunities for inpatient call or obstetrical care may be available for additional compensation.
