Job DescriptionDie Bond Machine Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Dedicated Die Bond Machine Operator for a company based in Lewisville, Texas. The Die Bond Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production and fabrication of components, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. You must have SMT(surface mount technology) experience. Pay Rate:$18 to $20 based on experience. Schedule and Hours:Monday through Friday 6am to 4:30pm Die Bond Machine Operator (with SMT Experience) Duties and Responsibilities:• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start production cycles.• Operate a variety of engineering machinery and SMT equipment such as die bonders, wire bonders, plasma cleaners, functional test sets.• Align dies and substrates using microscopes, cameras and precision alignment tools.• Set up SMT production lines, including loading feeders, verifying component reels, and adjusting machine parameters.• Perform epoxy dispense or eutectic bonding according to process requirements.• Monitor bond quality, placement accuracy, and adhesion strength throughout production.• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Collaborate with engineers and other production staff to improve processes and resolve technical issues. Die Bond Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent.• 1-3 years of experience as a machine operator or similar role in the manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience with optical equipment highly preferred.• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.• Ability to stand, bend for long periods and ability to lift to 40 lbs.• Good communication skills and teamwork.• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with exposure to machinery and moving parts.• Work in the clean room and must wear cleanroom clothing.
