Job Title:: Learning & Development (L&D) Project ManagerLocation: Austin, TX and Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)Day 1 onsite/Initial few months remote later onsite/100% Remote: Day one OnsiteFTE/FTC : ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven L&D Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, scale, and GenAI-enabled learning solutions . This role goes beyond traditional project management, partnering closely with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and technology teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data, automation, and generative AI.Years of experience needed10 Plus years of strong hands-on project management experience, with 5 plus years in L&D.Required Skills:Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level learning programsProficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning solutionHands-on exposure to GenAI tools or AI-driven learning platformsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and upskilling programsIdentify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle (e.g., content creation, personalization, assessments, learning analytics, coaching bots)Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI-driven learning solutions responsibly and effectivelyOversee pilot programs for GenAI-enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organizationEnsure ethical, compliant, and secure use of AI in learning initiativesExpertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationTrack project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams (instructional designers, facilitators, LMS admins, vendors) to ensure smooth deliveryEnsure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategyManage communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reportsOversee pilot programs, rollouts, and post-launch evaluationsUse data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvementMaintain project documentation and governance standardsBehavioral Skills :Excellent Communication skills and collaboration skillsAbility to propose and implement improvements in the systemAbility to work with cross-functional stakeholdersDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
