Role Description The Lead Estimator at Lifetime Commercial Roofing will oversee the estimation process for commercial roofing projects. This full-time, on-site role, based in North Richland Hills, TX, involves analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring the provision of accurate and competitive bids. Additional responsibilities include reviewing project documents, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, project analysis, and budget preparationExperience with reviewing project specifications, blueprints, and related documentationStrong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent client relationship management and communication skillsExpertise in construction or roofing industry processes, materials, and standardsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficiency in relevant software tools, such as estimating or project management softwareBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with practical application work history. Previous experience in commercial roofing or construction estimation is strongly desired
