You’ll be entrusted with managing the administration of a diverse portfolio of defined contribution plans—ranging in size, structure, and complexity.This is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building lasting relationships with clients and collaborating with a supportive network of specialists, consultants, and coordinators.If you have DB/DC combo plan experience, you’ll also enjoy a tailored caseload that incorporates those plan types. Your initial caseload will start at 40-50 plans and grow annually until you reach a full portfolio of 80 plans.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan AdministrationManage eligibility determinations, employee data corrections, and complex contribution calculationsPerform compliance testing across a variety of retirement plan benchmarksPrepare variance reports, asset reconciliations, valuations, and necessary tax forms (Forms 5500, 8955-SSA, and others)Support client audits with precision and clarityDocument Review & ConsultingExplain plan document provisions and amendments in simple, accessible termsSuggest strategic amendments to enhance plan administrationClient Relations & CommunicationProvide timely, friendly, and professional responses to client inquiriesSimplify complex pension topics to foster client understanding and confidenceOffer problem-solving insight that adds genuine value to client experiencesProfessional Development & CollaborationEngage in ongoing education (mandatory, even for non-credentialed team members)Collaborate across teams to enhance our services and processesChampion innovation, efficiency, and a positive team dynamic
