We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our East territory.As a Project Coordinator III, you’ll play a key role in supporting the estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll take greater ownership of customer follow-up, handle basic estimating responsibilities, and help ensure projects stay on track and meet expectations.Who You AreYou are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping things running smoothly. Your approach is customer-focused, and you’re committed to maintaining a high standard of service in everything you do.Skills You BringExperience in customer service and vendor coordinationHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityAssociate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience (glass/aluminum industry a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet tight deadlinesComfort with numbers—able to calculate discounts, percentages, area, etc.Experience working independently and proactively in a collaborative team settingExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsWhat You’ll Be DoingFollowing up on quotes and answering customer inquiriesEstimating simple projects based on customer specs and product knowledgeEntering time-sensitive orders and verifying job information in internal systemsCoordinating with vendors to purchase and track hardwareSupporting project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managersPreparing project documentation (orders, warranties, close-out packages, etc.)Assisting with customer visits and supporting external sales effortsEnsuring accurate and timely communication with AR to support billingTraining new team members and supporting continuous improvement initiativesPhysical Requirements: Sedentary work with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)Other duties as neededWhy TruliteTrulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
