Job Description Construction Laborer / Exterior Panel InstallerCommercial Construction | Immediate StartWe're hiring construction laborers who can start next week on a 45‑day project in Cheyenne, WY, with the next project in Fort Collins, CO. Opportunity to stay on long‑term.ScheduleMonday – Thursday (occasional Fridays)1st Shift40 hours/weekWhat You'll DoInstall and handle exterior metal & architectural wall panelsMeasure materials (must read a tape measure)Work at heights using lifts and scaffoldingLoad/unload materials and assist with cleanupFollow all site safety and OSHA rulesRequirements (Must Have)1+ year commercial construction experienceComfortable working at heights (required)Able to work 100% outdoorsPhysically able to lift and handle materialsIf you're afraid of heights, this role is not a good fit.Preferred (Not Required)Metal or ACM panel installationLift experience (scissor / boom)OSHA 10 or 30ToolsCandidates interested in staying long‑term may inquire about toolsApply now for immediate work and ongoing project opportunities.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
