Estimator Commercial Construction | Jacksonville, FL Im partnering with a respected commercial construction firm in Jacksonville to hire an experiencedEstimatorfor their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a company that delivers quality work across commercial, office, healthcare, retail, restaurant, and specialty markets. What were looking for: Strong estimating experience in commercial construction. Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications. Experience preparing takeoffs, pricing scopes, and reviewing project documents. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost projections, and subcontractor pricing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or Timberline preferred. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. What youll do: Prepare accurate estimates for new commercial projects. Review drawings and specifications to determine full scope. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Support bid preparation and proposal development. Work closely with project managers and leadership throughout preconstruction.
