Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced recruiter with deep expertise in the automotive industry and a strong track record in executive hiring. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership positions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end executive search mandates for leadership roles (Director, VP, CXO levels) within the automotive domainPartner with senior stakeholders to understand business strategy, workforce planning, and leadership hiring needsDevelop and execute targeted talent mapping and market intelligence strategies across OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and mobility companiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of passive leadership candidates through networking and industry engagementDrive candidate assessment, interview design, and offer negotiation for senior hiresEnsure a high-touch, professional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring lifecycleCollaborate with external search firms where required and manage vendor relationshipsTrack and report key recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring trendsMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all executive hiring processesKey Requirements10–15 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on automotive industry hiringProven experience handling executive search / leadership hiring mandatesStrong understanding of automotive value chain (OEMs, suppliers, EV, mobility, manufacturing, R&D)Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teamsExpertise in talent mapping, headhunting, and market researchExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in either in-house leadership hiring or executive search firmsHigh level of discretion and professionalismPreferred QualificationsExperience hiring for EV, autonomous, or next-gen mobility sectorsExposure to global hiring or multi-region leadership searchesMBA or equivalent qualification
