Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a Salesforce Administrator!We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce platform. This role will support business teams by improving processes, maintaining data integrity, and delivering scalable solutions that drive efficiency and growth.Primary ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support the Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Cloud)Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security accessBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholdersCreate and optimize workflows, flows, validation rules, and automationMaintain data quality through deduplication, imports, and governance processesPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to gather requirements and implement solutionsSupport integrations with third-party toolsTroubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to usersDocument processes, configurations, and system changesStay up to date on Salesforce releases and recommend improvementsQualifications2–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experienceSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) requiredStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and standard objectsExperience with Flow Builder (preferred over Workflow Rules/Process Builder)Proficiency in building reports and dashboardsExperience with data tools (Data Loader, imports, exports)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree required, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware tools like Zapier, Outreach, Gong etc.)Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advance)Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environmentAdvanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator)About FintechFor over 35 years, Fintech LLC has redefined how over 1.1 million B2B relationships buy and sell goods and services in the retail, hospitality, and alcohol industries.
