Job Description DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, specifically with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex coding. This role is not for Salesforce Administrators; we are looking for a certified developer who can design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop advanced customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using LWC and Apex.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other systems.Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring they align with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and training as needed.Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends.RequirementsSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is required.Proven experience with Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.Proficiency in developing custom applications and components within the Salesforce platform.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
