Key Account Manager (Residential Distribution)

The KAM will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, strategic account planning, and the ability to coordinate internal resources to deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term client satisfaction and business growth. Account Management & Growth. Serve as the primary contact for key accounts. Build and maintain strong executive and buyer-level relationships to drive category growth. Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts, including sales targets, promotional strategies, and product launches. Monitor account performance, sales trends, and market share to identify new growth opportunities. Organize and manage all aspects of trade shows, including promotional initiatives and a plan to drive traffic to our booth. Attend all tradeshows. Sales Execution.
