Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Huntley Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, Indiana. We are offering up to $30/hrs plus $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992.
